Stirling Group, Inc. is a Licensed NC and SC Residential and Commercial Building Contractor. We provide a variety of services ranging from small upfits and repairs to large scale additions and custom homes.
Our process begins with a site visit and discussion of the project ahead. Provide us with your ideas and we’ll give it life. We’re proud of our work and encourage you to look at our other projects. Perhaps it will give some inspiration for your own.
Within about a week of our meeting, we will provide you with an estimate of costs. Custom homes and larger projects do require more time. We’ll need to complete selection sheets, discuss the architectural details, and design characteristics. Do you need help with architecture and design? We’ll connect you with qualified persons.
Upon receipt of signature, Stirling will begin scheduling your project. Construction can be a dusty process. Our work is often in your living space and we’ll make every attempt to keep inconveniences to a minimum. Please be patient with the development, the mess will soon be gone, and your ideas will have come to life.
Updated schedules and costs accrued will be supplied throughout the building process. We’re working in your home and we understand the need for communication. We work extra hard to make ourselves available via email, telephone, and personal meetings.
When the project is complete, we’ll conduct a walkthrough and list items that may need an added touch. It’s attention to detail that really makes a difference with the finished look. Once the list is complete and signed off, your project will be issued a warranty and final invoice.
